Who is Fit2b?
Fit2b is an online gym with exercise videos that are tummy safe. What this means for those of us moms with diastasis recti, or those that have recovered from diastasis recti is that we won’t be injured from her exercises. She works to strengthen our core muscles with the realization that we have a mother’s body.
Secondly, Beth (the instructor) is modest!! I’ve gotten so tired of women believing they have to exercise in skin-tight clothing that resembles underwear. I want to exercise, not see a woman in a sports bra and tight pants showing off how attractive her figure is. I’m just not interested in seeing that!
Third, she has exercises for you when your pregnant, postpartum, for your children, for when you’re getting back into shape, or even when you’re in great shape! She has something for everyone.
What is the Foundational 5+ eCourse?
From the Fit2b website: “This course contains 14 Lessons designed to reboot your fitness, starting with your core.
A total of 9 different routines are included in the lessons that are meant to be done once a day or every other day over the course of 2-4 weeks.
Each lesson contains a video for you to do, a focus word to ponder, written content straight from my heart to yours, an easy-peasy quiz, and links to other articles and resources.
It should only take 15-30 minutes to complete each lesson, including the videos. Some lessons also contain encouraging “insider tips” from members who have gone through the F5 already.”
